The CyberClean® 3000 Series is stencil cleaner designed for chemistries that require a water rinse. These machines are electrically operated and are built in a compact footprint with cleaning chamber sizes of 16?, 24?, 32?, and 40? square. Convertible models are available with the same cleaning chamber sizes that are slightly larger in footprint, allowing for customization of the equipment.

The 3000 series also provides the capability of heating the cleaning chemistry to the desired operating temperature prior to application.

Naturally, environmental and operator safety have been addressed throughout the design. The cleaning chemistry is kept in a sealed reservoir during product loading and unloading, thus exposing much less solution to the outside environment.

The 3000 series machines are available in two models. Liquid level control and visible cycle indicator lights are a standard feature on all models. Automatic chemical metering, pump out and refill are available on upgraded models.
