Prism 350 coating system features:
PRISM Ultra-Coat 350 Series provides three-axis platform, an innovative programmable coating system, all of the circuit board conformal coating provides precise application. With USI's patented ultrasonic spray technology PRISM product application in industry proved that it can in fact than the traditional liquid spraying and distribution of technology more widely and more accurate.
Ultrasonic Coating Technology
- Application of thin defect-free coating

*Movement and positioning system
PRISM using precise X, Y, Z, ? motion control system, X, Y motion positioning system precision ball screw and by the number of closed-loop control of DC servo motor drive components. Provides a programmable Z axis 100mm Z-direction.

*Control System
PRISM uses the Windows operating system running on the graphical user interface, the system can be done in a variety of special programming mode, the coated graphics: laser pointer, as in the teaching mode, the operator can command through the trackball and the user interface and editable the spreadsheet defines movement and operating parameters. The coating can be used, including command line, fill, arc, circle and point. The liquid spray head and air flow range from software control.
Push-pull electronic control unit

Coating head and clean the system resides
Coating head will automatically stop working to return to reside, and soaked in solvent cup, thus avoiding the contact with the air leaving the paint curing and clogging the nozzle.
