The ITW EAE MPM 100 (also known as the Momentum II 100) is a high-speed, high-precision automatic stencil printer designed to deposit precise patterns of solder paste onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is built on the world-class MPM Momentum Platform (itweae.com) to deliver manufacturing efficiency in a more compact, space-saving footprint.

Key Specifications & Performance

Footprint Efficiency: Shorter by 200 mm compared to the standard Momentum II platform.

Wet Print Accuracy: Evaluated at 20µm @ 6s, with a Cpk = 2.

Alignment Repeatability: Precision of ±11 microns @ 6 sigma (Cpk = 2).

PCB Size Capacity: Accommodates boards from 50.8 mm x 50.8 mm (2” x 2”) up to 609.6 mm x 508 mm (24” x 20”).
