The Nu/Clean 824XLR-FB (manufactured by Technical Devices) is an industrial, conveyorized in-line aqueous wash machine designed for precision cleaning of electronic printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)

Key Features and Specifications

Flood Box Technology: Features patented "Flood Box" stages in the wash and rinse sections. Each tank uses two pumps—one for high-volume flow and one for applied pressure—to penetrate highly dense assemblies or low-clearance, low-standoff parts.

Wet Isolation: Includes wet isolation sections utilizing DI (Deionized) water and air knives to completely eliminate cross-contamination between chemical wash and rinse zones.

Capacity: Handles boards up to 24" wide, making it highly versatile for large-format PCBAs and box-build components.

Drying System: Equipped with multiple heavy-duty air blowers and air knives (often heated) to evaporate water from difficult-to-dry products, along with optional IR heater tunnels.

Touchscreen Control: Features advanced onboard touchscreen interfaces for managing conveyor speed, fluid temperatures, pump pressures, and chemical concentrations.
