The VJ Electronix Summit LXi is an automatic, high-precision large-board rework system designed for area array components like BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, PoP, and 5G devices.

Key Specifications

• Max Board Size: Accommodates large printed circuit boards up to 24" x 36" standard (610 x 914 mm), with options expanding up to 25" x 47" (650 x 1200 mm).
• Component Range: Handles tiny components down to 01005 passives and large devices up to 120 x 120 mm.
• Placement Accuracy: 0.0010” (25µm) mean + 3s precision with motorized X-Y, Z, and 360° Theta axes.
• Heating System: Features a 2.2 kW focused convection top heater and an 8.0 kW (optional 10 kW) convection plenum bottom heater.
• Clearance: Offers 2.75" (70 mm) top-side clearance and 2.0" (51 mm) bottom-side clearance for tall components or connectors
